
Jazmine was a Philadelphia native was raised and born in the city. Pam, Jazmine's mother, is an ex-backup singer from Philadelphia International Records. Her father gave her an appointment as curator at the Historic Strawberry Mansion. She and her family later moved in to the historic landmark. In 2005, a Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts graduates She is an instructor in the field of vocal music. She recorded an entire album at Jive Records, however it didn't get released. Sullivan was then eliminated on the labels. Missy Elliott was her producer on a couple of tracks on Her debut album. One of them was "Backstabbers" from Timbaland, which Elliott produced and produced, was her favorite song.
